Welcome to Turbo6 (hereinafter referred to as "Turbo6", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and Turbo6 governing all access to and use of the Turbo6 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, services, tools, and content accessible via the domain turbo6.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing any wager, or accepting any promotional offer, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease access to and use of the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an active account on Turbo6, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Turbo6 enforces a minimum age of 21 years in accordance with international online gaming standards applicable to casino-style gaming activities.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the Turbo6 platform, whether voluntarily or involuntarily.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or family member of an employee of Turbo6, its affiliates, or its licensed software providers.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register, problem gambling watchlist, or similar database at the time of registration.
• All information provided at registration is truthful, current, and complete. Submission of false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Each Player may hold one (1) registered account on Turbo6. The existence of multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all associated balances.

Turbo6 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of Malaysian payment channels, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC) are also accepted at the equivalent MYR value at the time of transaction.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Turbo6 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposit processing times vary by method: e-wallet and DuitNow deposits are generally instant; FPX and bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes.
• Turbo6 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or to request additional verification before crediting funds to an account.
• Deposited funds are for gaming purposes on the Turbo6 platform only and do not accrue interest.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being fully met:

• Your account has completed full KYC verification (government-issued ID and selfie, at minimum).
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds used in generating the balance have been satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limits for your account tier.
• Your account is in good standing — no open fraud investigations, disputes, or restriction flags.
• The withdrawal method requested matches a payment method you have previously used to deposit, unless otherwise approved by Turbo6 compliance.

Turbo6 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and crypto deposit incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Turbo6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice, provided no material prejudice is caused to players who have already commenced meeting wagering requirements in good faith.
• Evidence of systematic exploitation of promotional terms ("bonus hunting") — including through multiple accounts, automated wagering, or coordinated low-risk play — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Turbo6's determination on all bonus-related disputes is final and binding.

All bets and wagers placed on Turbo6 are subject to the specific rules governing each game or betting market, as published on the platform, in addition to these general provisions:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. Turbo6 will not cancel a bet due to a change of mind after the bet has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a clear technical error resulting in an incorrect price or payout, Turbo6 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Sports bets are settled in accordance with officially recognised results from the relevant governing body. For Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, results are recognised as reported by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM). For EPL fixtures, results are recognised as reported by the Premier League.
• In the event of an event abandonment, postponement, or result reversal, Turbo6's settlement rules as published at the time of the event shall apply.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to latency between actual events and platform data feeds. Turbo6 reserves the right to void live bets placed after the outcome-determining event has already occurred, where this can be evidenced.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day apply as specified in the relevant sportsbook or casino section of the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Turbo6. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, void of bets and bonuses, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registration or use of the platform by individuals under 21 years of age.
• Creation or use of more than one account (duplicate or multi-accounting).
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or make decisions on behalf of a player.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting patterns, or promote coordinated bonus abuse.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or exploits that result in unintended payouts or advantages.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposited funds through a payment provider while retaining winnings generated from those funds.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Any conduct that constitutes harassment, threats, or abuse directed at Turbo6 staff or other players.

Turbo6 is committed to the prevention of money laundering, fraud, and underage gambling. In accordance with the anti-money laundering (AML) obligations applicable under international licensing frameworks, Turbo6 requires all players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests.

The standard KYC documentation required includes: (i) a valid government-issued photo identification — Malaysian MyKad or passport; (ii) a recent clear selfie holding the identification document; and (iii) proof of payment method ownership where deposits exceed applicable thresholds. Turbo6 may request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence (EDD) at its absolute discretion.

Turbo6 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and the protection of vulnerable players. The platform provides the following tools accessible directly from every registered account:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss limits — restrict the amount that may be lost within a defined period.
• Session time limits — set reminders or automatic logouts after a specified gaming duration.
• Cool-off periods — temporary self-exclusion ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Permanent self-exclusion — irrevocable account closure on responsible gambling grounds, with a minimum duration of 12 months.

All content on the Turbo6 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface designs, icons, audio clips, and compiled data — is the exclusive property of Turbo6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of Turbo6.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Turbo6, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure.

Turbo6's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the Turbo6 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. The Privacy Policy explains how Turbo6 collects, uses, stores, and processes your personal data, and sets out your rights in relation to that data.

Turbo6 processes personal data strictly for the purposes of account administration, payment processing, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and service improvement. Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Turbo6 holds its primary operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

Players in Malaysia are reminded that local laws — including the Betting Act 1953 and Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 — may apply to their individual circumstances. Turbo6 does not accept liability for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to comply with their local legal obligations.

Turbo6 reserves the right to amend, revise, or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the platform. Where a material change is made that may significantly affect Player rights, Turbo6 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address on their account in advance of the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Turbo6 platform after any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
